How to order:

It is not necessary to be registered at Top180.com to start buying, you can register at any time whilst filling your cart or at the end when you are sending your order.
Fill in the "Sign up" form, the procedure is automatic and immediate.
If any articles that you have ordered are not available you will be contacted to decide if you want to substitute them or to cancel or confirm your order.

Shipping:

Shipping costs will be debited to the customer and are included in the grand total of your order.

There are several options depending on your destination, Top 180.com relies on FedEx for deliveries outside of Italy, whereas for Italy Top 180.com has an account with GLS.

Top 180 S.r.l. reserves the right to ship orders in multiple boxes without notice whilst not applying additional charges to the customer.

To avoid major hitches the customer shall check the integrity of the box upon arrival.
Top 180 S.r.l. accepts no responsibility for delays of consignment or undelivered parcels caused by natural phenomenon or unpredictable circumstances. Top 180 S.r.l. has the right to evade partial orders or to suspend or postpone shipments.

The forum in Treviso (Italy) is competent for any legal dispute.

Handling and Shipping Times:

It normally takes our staff between 3 to 6 working days to pack your order and hand it over to the shipper.
The customer must add these times to the times indicated within the shipping option.
This period may not be guaranteed at holiday times or when the darts season is at its peak.
PLEASE NOTE! Customized items may delay the evasion of your order by 7 to 10 days.

Payments:

Top180.com payments can be made by:

- PayPal or Credit card through PayPal (advanced payment - charged on order confirmation)

Taxes applied to sales outside of Italy:

• European Common Market (E.E.C.):
  Price list for private customers includes Italian tax (I.V.A. 20%)
• European Common Market (E.E.C.):
  Price list for invoice customers excludes taxes (intra-stat).
• Rest of the World:
  Price list does not include taxes. Customers will pay all taxes and custom duties in effect in their country of origin.

For customers requiring an invoice it is mandatory to fill in the tax number box when signing up.

Taxes applied to sales in Italy:

• Price list for private customers includes Italian tax (I.V.A. 20%)
• Price list for invoice customers excludes taxes.

Return terms

Your statutory rights mean that items have to be of reasonable quality, fit for their purpose and as described. You can return any item that does not reach these requirements or is faulty and you will be refunded.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

How to return an item:

It is compulsory to send a registered letter within 10 days of receiving the goods stating your intention to return the faulty item(s):

Items are sent back at the customers expense taking care to package them in such a way as to avoid any further damage, send to:

If the procedure has been carried out correctly Top 180 S.r.l. will issue a credit note within 30 working days after receival of the goods, excluding any transport costs.
