How to order:

It is not necessary to be registered at Top180.com to start buying, you can register at any time whilst filling your cart or at the end when you are sending your order.
Fill in the "Sign up" form, the procedure is automatic and immediate.
If any articles that you have ordered are not available you will be contacted to decide if you want to substitute them or to cancel or confirm your order.

Minimum amount:

Top180.com always strives to meet the needs of its customers, unfortunately operating costs require us to apply a minimum spending requirement for your purchases online.
Currently minimum orders are set at 15 euros (shipping costs not included).

Shipping:

Shipping costs will be debited to the customer and are included in the grand total of your order.

There are several options depending on your destination, Top 180.com relies on FedEx for deliveries outside of Italy, whereas for Italy Top 180.com has an account with GLS.

Top 180 S.r.l. reserves the right to ship orders in multiple boxes without notice whilst not applying additional charges to the customer.

To avoid major hitches the customer shall check the integrity of the box upon arrival.
Top 180 S.r.l. accepts no responsibility for delays of consignment or undelivered parcels caused by natural phenomenon or unpredictable circumstances. Top 180 S.r.l. has the right to evade partial orders or to suspend or postpone shipments.

The forum in Treviso (Italy) is competent for any legal dispute.

Handling and Shipping Times:

It normally takes our staff between 3 to 6 working days to pack your order and hand it over to the shipper.
The customer must add these times to the times indicated within the shipping option.
This period may not be guaranteed at holiday times or when the darts season is at its peak.

Legal guarantee

It is the guarantee that exists on all consumer goods purchased which covers defects in conformity of the goods for a maximum period of 24 months for purchases made by individuals.
The legal guarantee can not be relied on by those who have purchased the products as part of its business or professional activity (in particular, in the case of invoice purchases).

Lack of Compliance

There is a lack of conformity when the item purchased, always within 24 months from the date of delivery:

  • Is not suitable for the purposes for which goods of the same type are normally used;
  • Does not comply with the description given by the seller and possess the qualities of goods which the seller has given to the consumer as a sample or model;
  • Does not possess the quality and performance which are normal in goods of the same type that the customer can reasonably expect, given the nature of the goods and taking into account the advertising or labeling of those goods;
  • It is not suitable for the particular use intended by the consumer and that it has been brought to the attention of the seller.

Remedies provided

According to the law (art. 130 Consumer Code), in case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right:
  • primarily, to repair or replace, at his choice, without charge, unless the remedy sought is impossible or disproportionate to the other;
  • in the alternative, reduction of price or rescission of the contract, at his choice.

In determining the amount of the reduction or the amount to be returned the state of usage shall be taken into account.
It is considered to be "excessively onerous" one of the two remedies if it imposes unreasonable costs on the part of the seller in comparison to the other, taking into account: the value the goods would have if there were no lack of conformity of the lack of conformity of the possibility whether the alternative remedy could be completed without significant inconvenience to the consumer.

Any repair or replacement shall be completed within a "reasonable time" after the request of the consumer.

Right of withdrawal

Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the new regulation on online sales and long-range (in implementation of Directive 2011/83 / EU consumer rights, amending Council Directives 93/13 / EEC and Directive 1999/44 / EC and repealing Directives 85/577 / EEC and 97/7 / EC).

Purchases on the website, as all purchases made via telephone or correspondence, since they occur outside of business premises are regulated by the Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 and subsequent amendments contained in Legislative Decree No. 21 of 02.21.2014 and provide the opportunity for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The end-user ("natural person who (...) acting for purposes which are unrelated to their professional activities" according to the definition offered with article 2, paragraph 1, lett. To Legislative Decree no. 50/1992) has the right, within a period of 14 working days from receipt of goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right is the right to return goods purchased from the seller and the resulting refund of the purchase price.

To avoid disappointment, please always check the integrity of the packaging, the receipt of goods.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods, or the last lot in the case of orders split into multiple shipments.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to terminate this contract by an unequivocal statement (eg letter sent by post, fax, email or contact form) at the following addresses:

We will send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (eg e-mail). To this end you may use the form attached at the end, but it is not mandatory.
In order to comply the withdrawal period it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Exemptions from the right of withdrawal

The provisions of the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts negotiated away from business premises under which the amount that the consumer has to pay no more than 50 euro or which relate to the supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments made on our behalf, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day when we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Such refunds will be made using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, will not incur any fees as a result of such redemption.
You send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we announced his withdrawal from this contract. You must send the goods being careful to return everything that is received intact and in original packaging and using an outer packaging with adequate packaging to protect the product times the return trip.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the period of 14 days.
The direct cost of returning the goods will be at your expense.
The redemption may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the system demonstration by the consumer of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
