 Please note! About shipping and delivery times:

As reported in "Terms and conditions" in the "Handling and Shipping Times", our staff takes an average of three to six working days to prepare your package ready for shipment.
Add shipping times of your chosen method of shipment.
es. For a "GLS - Executive Area 1" calculate from 3 to 6 working days to prepare the order and add 1 day (working day) for shipment, therefore we would expect delivery within a maximum of 7 days.
This period may not be guaranteed at holiday times or when the darts season is at its peak.
PLEASE NOTE! Customized items may delay the evasion of your order by 7 to 10 days.
Note: Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Parcel Force (GLS - Executive)

In addition to shipping costs a surcharge of € 3,60 will be added to all orders "cash on delivery". This surcharge is not applied to orders settled by credit card.

For Zone 1 orders it is possible to pick up orders from the GLS-Executive deposit on Saturday mornings.
Collection times are 8:30 - 12:00. Orders must be submitted by Thursday (this option is not always guaranteed).
It is sufficient to indicate in the notes, the nearest GLS - Executive deposit to your home address.

To avoid misunderstandings and additional costs, if you are not sure to be at home to receive your parcel, you should always indicate an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour's house or a place of work (using the "Step 2. Comments / Special Instructions" of the ordering process).
n.b. GLS - Executive applies a surcharge of € 6,00 to customers after two unsuccessful attempts of delivery owing to the recipients absence.
For cash on deliver orders we recommend that you should prepare the exact amount of cash as the driver is not bound to keep change.
